              A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE MORATORIUM ON THE 
              CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF COMMERCIAL MEDICAL 
              WASTE AND COMMERCIAL HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITIES TO 
              JUNE 16, 1993.

    	      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
    CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the moratorium on the construction and 
    operation of commercial medical waste and commercial hazardous 
    waste facilities, adopted by Resolution No. 18503 on March 20, 
    1990, encaptioned "A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A TWENTY FOUR (24) MONTHS 
    MORATORIUM ON THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF COMMERCIAL MEDICAL 
    WASTE INCINERATORS", and thereafter extended to March 21, 1993, by 
    Resolution No. 18739 adopted on August 21, 1990, and thereafter 
    extended to April 21, 1993 by Resolution No. 19777, adopted March 
    16, 1993, be and is hereby further extended to June 16, 1993.
